Return/Exchange Guide


Hassle-free & Easy return

  1. Return Request

    Click on [Return] in My Qoo10 > Cancel/Refund list

  2. Return Approval

    Check the return request and confirm by seller

  3. Return item back to seller

    Send the item to seller's address

  4. Completed

    Refund proceeds once confirmed by seller

Available within 7 days after you have received items.
There're 2 types of return.

- Direct shipping by buyer : Need to send item to seller's return address.
- Pickup by seller(Qxpress) : Pickup driver visits buyer address to collect return parcel after seller's confirmation.

Return delivery fees vary depending on the reason.

- Cancel order/Change option : Buyer will be charged
- Defected/Shortage/Wrong item : Seller will be charged.

The following criteria must be met for the Return/Exchange to be considered:

- Items in new condition

- Complete (Free Gifts, Accessories)

- Tags & Labels are intact

- Seals on item have to be intact and unopened

- Items must be in a re-sellable condition
